FDA 483 Issued to Downing Labs, LLC Dallas, Tx on July 16, 2014
NuVision Pharmacy announced that it has been 'acquired' by Downing Labs, which previously did not exist and happens to be located at the same address as NuVision. Which also happens to be the same address as the defunct ApotheCure Pharmacy. Gary Osborn remains the central figure in each of these 'different' pharmacies. Apothecure 'went out of business' and renamed itself NuVision Pharmacy. NuVision is now pulling the same switcheroo all over again, renaming itself Downing Labs. The reasons this pharmacy feels a compelling need to change its identity (repeatedly) have been discussed previously on this blog.
