8th Question of the Day July 11, 2013 How can it be a criminal act for an insurance company to decide not to cover a certain group or class or drugs, and why would compounding pharmacy organizations suggest that it might be? Can someone please provide the criminal statute (state or federal) that they think this violates? Any state or federal govenrment out there considering bringing charges for this?
