13th Question of the Day If patients can't trust their pharmacist to tell the truth about compounded medications because they have a vested interest in selling the consumer those compounded medications and making more profit than they would from commerically available drugs, then who can the consumer trust? The doctor? But what if the doctor is part of the triad money-making scam rather than one who will discuss all the pros and cons and options with the patient and not tout compounded medications to do things they will do not.
