10th Question of the Day July 12, 2014 Is the public aware that the FDA does not have the ability to force a compounding pharmacy to recall its products? Should Congress give it this authority? Does the refusal of a compounding pharmacy to recall when asked by the FDA just make the FDA's case stronger to Congress for them to give them this authority?
