Tenth Question of the Day December 4 2014 Is it a violation under most state ethics rules for board of pharmacy members to appear in photos advertising or even hinting of advertising or endorsing compounidng pharmacies? What about appearing in photos with compounding pharmacists at parties, especially parties by organizations that represent compounding pharmacies? Does this violate the state ethic rules regarding being impartial and fair?
