Really? Anyone know about this case? On January 13, 2003, Pellet Technologies and Martin Avenue Pharmacy entered into a non-exclusive license agreement (“License Agreement”) wherein Martin Avenue Pharmacy would compound pellets containing naltrexone and other chemicals pursuant to the ‘813 Patent. 13.
