Is Estriol now "off the table?" Thoughts and comments welcome.

Sue, does this mean that I can no longer nominate a drug such as Estriol (the one used in a lot of bHRT compounds) to be "allowed to be used"? Ironically, if Estriol was "off the table", all the grass roots support for the compounding pharmacies would evaporate. Doctor Wolliner, your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Have drug companies ever marketed a human derived estrogen? Common sense would suggest this would be much more patient appropriate then manufacturing Premarin, which is as we all know is derived from pregnant (mares)horses urine. Wouldn't this also help reduce the reasoning for a compounded bHRT alternative?
