Fourth Question of the day December 3, 2013 In cases where one state board of pharamacy has filed a complaint such as the one filed by California Board of Pharmacy against Precision Pharmacy will other states that now have regulations or laws requiring a recent state inspection before the license will be renewed (such as Louisiana and Texas) deny request by the pharmacy to continue to do business in their state? What will and should states that do not have this requirement do on license renewals?
