Have drug companies ever marketed a human derived estrogen? Common sense would suggest this would be much more patient appropriate then manufacturing Premarin, which is as we all know is derived from pregnant (mares)horses urine. Wouldn't this also help reduce the reasoning for a compounded bHRT alternative?
