Program Description

FDLI, in cooperation with Emory University, is hosting a new meeting in Atlanta. This one day symposium, featuring top FDA and CDC officials, will explain how these two critical agencies work together on a number of food and drug law issues, from outbreaks of foodborne illnesses to approval of in vitro diagnostic devices. Learn how FDA/CDC collaboration affects regulated industry—from development of guidance and regulation, to investigating product problems, to enforcement and litigation. The afternoon session provides a rare opportunity for interaction among attendees, government officials, industry representatives and public health experts.
