15th question of the Day December 4, 2013 After initial research and reading a variety of articles, it appears the doping issue on the animal side (not just horses) is a major problem not just in the United States but on an international level? Beyond the federal government taking over regulation of the horse racing industry what else needs to happen to gain control of this issue?
