Third Question of the The Day September 14, 2013 Won't Congress Need to Authorize Additional FTEs for the FDA if it Passes the Federal Compounding Legislation? Won't there need to be additional positions for inspectors, auditors (specializing in compounding pharmacy accounting and records to determine the volume limits), attorneys specializing in compounding and being designated as special AUSAs to enforce the regulations?
