Groups this week launched competing efforts to save and defeat Senate compounding legislation after a manager's amendment emerged that lawmakers intended to quickly advance but did not address concerns raised by most pharmacy stakeholders. Mounting concerns with the bill made it difficult to advance legislation ahead of the August recess, sources said.
