I am going to be working on a couple of 101 series to post in the future dealing with federal criminal procedure. I will attempt to explain the process to those unfamiliar with it from start to finish--from investigation to appeal. You may be asking what that has to do with compounding. With increased federal enforcement and serious illnesses and deaths resulting from bad compounding, there is a high probability of seeing more and more federal criminal prosecutions in the future and this is probably an area that not many in the compounding world are familiar with.
