There are four things that Congress should not forget when finalizing the proposed federal legislation dealing with compounding.  Those four thins are:

1.  Making sure there are adequate criminal provisions for those who are negligent or reckless in killing or harming either people or animals from bad compounds;

2.  Making sure there are adequate forfeiture provisions for the federal government to  forfeit either civilly, criminal or both the assets of the pharmacy, pharmacists, doctors, veterinarians, sales reps and anyone else who may have played a role in and gained monetarily from the bad compounds,

3  Making sure there are adequate restitution provides to restore the victims of the bad compounds and

4.  Making sure the United States Sentencing Guidelines Advisory Guidelines adequately punish bad compounders.
