Regulatory ProposalsThese items have been developed by the Board's Regulation Revision Committee for submission to the full Board; the status of each proposal is recorded here. In the event the Board approves a proposal for rulemaking, the proposal is converted to a project and tracked in that section of this page.
Regulatory ProjectsThese projects began as proposals and were approved by the Board to begin the rulemaking process. The status of each project in the rulemaking process is recorded in this section.
Legislative ProposalsThese items have been developed by the Board's Regulation Revision Committee for submission to the full Board; the status of each proposal is recorded here. Board approval is required to authorize the filing of legislative proposals. The progress of legislative measures may be monitored at the legislative website, at www.legis.la.gov.
