As a result of the tragic events that occurred with the New England Compounding Center Pharmacy in Framingham, Massachusetts; it is imperative that anyone compounding Sterile Products should review their policies and procedures as it relates to the USP 797 document and ARSD 20:51:31 (Sterile Compounding Practices). The Board encourages you to print off the current version of USP 797.
