Wells Pharmacy Network, LLC – Ocala, FL. It is unclear what the business actually is. It appears the FDA shut down their compounding. The Board would like more information about this. DEA certificate was Francks Labs, not the applicant, Wells Pharmacy Network.The entire August 2012 board minutes can be found here.
